Lifts All Lifting tool for canisters
The canister lifter is tailor-made to lift and handle canisters up to 35 kg. The smart vacuum lift quickly grasps the load by placing the four vacuum cups on the side of the canister. The canister can easily be moved up and down without the operator having to make any heavy lifting or distortion.
To empty the canister of contents, the operator can easily spin the lifting tool knob to rotate the load laterally up to 180 degrees. All metal parts on the lifting device are made of stainless steel in order to be used in cleanroom environments where the tools are often cleaned.
Lifts All compressed air that drives the table is evacuated from the clean room and the device is ATEX approved. All equipment is designed to be washed with alcohol several times a day.

Smarter Air Consumption - Unlike traditional vacuum lifters the Lifts All lifter knows when to switch on and off. The clever auto start turns on as soon as the vacuum cup lands on a surface. If the surface is airtight it immediately stops consuming air, even during the lift. It will only consume precisely as much air as it needs to keep a decent vacuum level.
And the biggest difference:
No waste of energy when the gripper is not carrying any load or when it is not in use.
