The Atlas Standard Mezzanine Pallet Gate is a very popular Pallet Safety Gate, suiting standard pallets up to 1650 mm high. It comes with a galvanised finish with aluminium kick plate and the fact that all parts are replaceable affords it a potentially very lengthy life. Other features include an easy 'up and over' operation, space-saving side frames, an above-average load height clearance, its ability to accommodate all standard pallets, fully galvanised construction and nylon pivot bushes that require no maintenance. It comes with an aluminium kick plate as standard and is very easy to install. Optional extras include an aluminium floor and edge and also a protection plate.
Delta Low Headroom High Load Safety Pallet Gate
The Delta Low Headroom High Load Safety Pallet Gate separates personnel from moving loads and falls from any unprotected edge and boasts a high load of up to 2500 mm within low headroom scenarios, plus bespoke versions are available with an inside width up to 2.0 metres x inside depth up to 2.0 metres. Additional features include an anti-slam damper fitted on larger versions. The gate benefits from being very easy to install and options include fully galvanised or Safety Yellow thermoplastic coated tube versions.
Sigma Bespoke Multi-Purpose Safety Gate
The Sigma Bespoke Multi-Purpose Safety Pallet Gate s a great new-concept pallet gate demonstrating features designed to solve specific problems that simply aren’t addressed by other models. This Sigma gate does not protrude over the floor edge and operates no overhead bars when loading. The major benefit of this is the reduced risk of damage during the loading operation. When the user pulls down the inner gate, the mechanisms incorporated in the side frames automatically pivot up the two edge gates to a vertical position either side of the opening. When used with standard pallets the side frames can be reduced for space saving and allows good access to a pallet on three sides. This model can also be used with a vacuum handling crane for unloading bags or sacks etc. Its raisable inner gateensures increased floor space for confined and small areas.
