The Mezzbarriers C42 - 42.4 mm OD Ready-Made Posts and Handrail Kits in Safety Yellow Tube are designed for quick and efficient assembly and are available in 3 different tube sizes, with a Jig assembly helping to ensure accurate alignment. Posts are 1100 mm high and the pre-cut handrails are for posts at 1500mm centre and feature a safety yellow Thermoplastic tube coating and fully galvanised fittings for durability.

The kits provide Production, Safety and Maintenance Managers the ability to instantly protect workplace areas for risk assessments or other safety issues. Without any requirement of welding or bending tubing, unskilled staff can install all sections in a straightforward fashion. The pre-assembled uprights not only add to the simplicity but make installations extremely fast, reducing expensive production downtime. The Flange bases also make for simple attachment to level surface.Most guardrail configurations can be constructed using a combination of the kits available.

The Mezzbarriers D48 - 48.3 mm OD Ready-Made Posts and Handrail Kits -All Galvanised offer all of the above but are in a fully galvanised finish for durability. There is also the option to purchase an accompanying Hi-Vis Hazard Warning Tube Sleeving in 1 metre length. In a yellow and black diagonal stripe, it effectively raises the visibility of your pallet gates and handrails.  Its easy-fit PVC tubular sleeving means that it simply springs over tube and grips. Heavily favoured by scaffold companies due to its durability and easy-clean finish, it fits tubes sizes B34, C42 and D48 is sold in one-metre lengths. Longer lengths can be accounted for by butting together.
