Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

THE REGULATIONS High integrity hoists prepared for incorporation into D8+ hoisting systems to enable hoists to be used with the capability of holding loads at rest above people without using a secondary safety component, to accepted standards and codes of practice. These hoists allow the following (when people are below the load): Load holding when loads are static The hoists do not allow (when people are below the load): Assembly/disassembly during set up Staging processes involving movement D8+
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Second brake
- De-rating of the lifting capacity to give an increased safety factor of at least 8:1 safety coefficient of the load-bearing material, according to DIN56950-1, 2012
- Clutch overload device is mounted outside the drive train; In the event of clutch problems, the load is not compromised
